General Sales Policy
Shipping rates indicated are for domestic (U.S.) orders. No shipments will be made to a Post Office or other such box. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any address correction made after the product has been shipped will be charged a $20.00 correction fee per box/package. ClientsQuarterly, LLC d/b/a countdowncaps™/mul-TT-ask™ is not responsible for typographical errors, and product information is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. ClientsQuarterly, LLC d/b/a countdowncaps™/mul-TT-ask™ reserves the right to refuse any purchase order at its discretion. All orders cancelled after processing/packaging has begun are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Special order merchandise cannot be cancelled or returned. CLIENTSQUARTERLY, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABLITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE UNDER THE UCC. FURTHER, THE ACTUAL PRODUCT MAY VARY FROM THE IMAGE SHOWN ON THE PRODUCT PAGE, INCLUDING COLOR, FONTS, AND DESIGN, SUCH THAT COMPATIBILITY OF THE PRODUCTS SHOWN IS NOT GUARANTEED. Neither ClientsQuarterly, LLC nor its officers, agents, servants and/or employees, are liable for any direct or consequential damages arising from its product(s) including, without limitation, the foregoing disclaimer and/or as a result of the negligent and/or intentional misuse of its product(s).
Our Shipment(s) to You
DELIVERY DATE: Shipment(s) to you are made through the USPS, which includes “tracking.” A shipment(s) is deemed received by the purchaser and/or designated recipient/receiver when delivery is noted in the USPS tracking system.
Except as to a Bride-to-Be and/or Newlywed item(s) and/or cap(s), you have 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to return your order. Merchandise cannot be returned if it has been worn and/or the hangtag has been removed and/or broken. A 15% restocking fee will be charged (i.e., not refunded) on a returned item. It is your obligation as a condition of our return policy to contact us by email at email@example.com to initiate the return process, subject to the risk of loss provisions of our shipping policy. You will be sent an email with a return code and instructions as to where to send the return, which must be shipped with tracking and insurance at your expense. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WITH RESPECT TO A BRIDE-TO-BE AND/OR NEWLYWED ITEM(S) AND/OR HAT(S), EXCEPT IF THE ITEM(S) AND/OR HAT(S) IS/ARE DEFECTIVE. IN SUCH CASE, AN EXCHANGE WILL BE MADE ON CONDITION THAT YOU CONTACT US BY EMAIL AT INFO@COUNTDOWNCAPS.COM WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE TIME THAT THE SUBJECT ITEM(S) WAS/WERE DELIVERED AS INDICATED BY THE USPS TRACKING NUMBER.
All returns must be Pre-Authorized by us and given a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Accordingly, no item(s) will be accepted without an RA#. Collect item(s) will be refused.
To return your item(s) and obtain an RA#:

Your email must include your order number, the reason for your return, your telephone number, and your name and address.
Make sure that your order number and RA# numbers are legible on the outside of the packaging which you use to return your item(s).
The cost of shipment and risk of loss is borne by you (customer), unless otherwise agreed to by us in writing and/or email, at which time you will be sent a return postage label. Any returned item(s) must be made via an insured, traceable shipping method, such as the United States Postal Service.
It can take more than 30 (thirty) days for a full or partial chargeback and/or refund to appear on your credit card statement, which is subject to the processing procedures of the financial institution associated with the credit card you used for your purchase. In lieu of a chargeback, countdowncaps.com reserves the right to process any applicable refund by mailing a check, made payable to the purchaser, to the shipping address used for the purchase.
If you place an order incorrectly, select the wrong item(s), or change your mind regarding a purchase that has already shipped, the payment of shipping costs for both the original order and the return is borne by you. The purchase price will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. countdowncaps.com does not incur any liability for a purchaser’s error.
